摘要

生态公益林的建设和稳定发展,是改善生态环境的重要环节,不仅关系着国土生态安全,而且对经济社会的可持续发展有着积极深远的影响。本文主要论述了生态公益林的概念、生态公益林的建设意义、生态公益林的现状及存在的问题、经营管理措施等方面内容,以期为生态公益林后续研究提供参考。
        The construction and stable development of ecological public welfare forest is very important to improve the ecological environment.It not only relates to the land and ecological security,but also has a positive and far-reaching impact on the sustainable development of economy and society.This paper mainly discussed the concept of ecological public welfare forest,ecological public welfare forest construction significance,present situation and problems of ecological public welfare forest,management measures and so on,in order to provide the corresponding theoretical help for further research of ecological public welfare forest.
