干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎对血清自身抗体的影响

摘要
目的比较普通干扰素-α(IFN-α)和聚乙二醇干扰素-α(peg IFN-α)治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的临床效果及对血清自身抗体的影响。方法将首次接受抗病毒治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)患者124例根据入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各62例。观察组采用peg IFN-α治疗,对照组采用IFN-α治疗。比较2组HBs Ag、HBe Ag、HBV-DNA转阴情况、血清ALT水平及血清IFN抗体水平。结果观察组HBs Ag、HBe Ag和HBV-DNA转阴率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组血清ALT水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);2组血清IFN抗体水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论 peg IFN-α可提高CHB的HBs Ag、HBe Ag和HBVDNA转阴率,改善肝功能,与IFN抗体水平升高无关。
        Objective To compare the clinical effect of pegylated interferon-α( peg IFN-α) and interferon-α( IFN-α)in chronic hepatitis B( CHB) patients and the serum autoantibody expression. Methods 124 patients with chronic hepatitis B( CHB) who received antiviral therapy for the first time were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,each of 62 cases. Observation group was treated with peg IFN-α,and control group was treated with IFN-α.The HBs Ag,HBe Ag,HBV-DNA negative conditions,serum ALT levels and serum IFN antibody levels were compared of two groups. Results The negative rates of HBs Ag,HBe Ag and HBV-DNA in observation group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The serum ALT level in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in serum IFN antibody levels between two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Peg IFN-α can increase the HBs Ag,HBe Ag and HBV-DNA negative rate of CHB,improve liver function,and has nothing to do with elevated IFN antibody levels.
