摘要
目的建立筛查护胃类保健食品中非法添加质子泵抑制剂的高敏快速鉴别反应方法。方法基于质子泵抑制剂能与冰醋酸(HAC)发生荷移络合反应或者与7,7,8,8,-四氰基对苯醌(TCNQ)在乙腈中生成电荷转移络合物。结果两种荷移络合反应现象明显,颜色分明,配合使用可以用于初筛定性;同时络合产物吸光度与质子泵抑制剂浓度线性关系良好,可以用于定量分析。结论两种荷移反应方法操作简单,灵敏度高,专属性强,可同时满足定性检查和定量分析的要求
        Objective To establish a method for rapid screening for proton pump inhibitors adding illegally in stomach-protecting health food. Methods The methods are based on the charge transfer complexation reactions of the PPIs with glacial acetic acid or with 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane(TCNQ) in acetonitrile. Results The two charged complexation reactions have obvious phenomena and distinct colours, which can be used for primary screening and qualitative analysis; At the same time, the absorbance of the complex product has a good linear relationship with the PPIs concentration, which can be used for quantitative analysis. Conclusion The two charge transfer reaction methods are simple, sensitive and specific, and can meet the requirements of both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
