摘要
目的探讨人本位健康教育路径在癌性疼痛(以下简称癌痛)管理中的应用效果。方法将80例癌痛患者随机分成对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组由疼痛专管员、责任护士、责任医师组成的疼痛小组,采用人本位健康教育路径进行癌痛管理,对比分析两组患者的疼痛控制效果、疼痛知识掌握情况和生活质量评分。结果干预后观察组疼痛控制效果显著优于对照组(Z=-6.28,P<0.001)。干预后观察组与对照组疼痛知识得分分别为(92.51±11.47)分、(83.69±18.55)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(t=2.55,P=0.02)。观察组躯体功能、情绪功能、疲乏、恶心呕吐、疼痛、呼吸困难、失眠、食欲下降、便秘及整体生活质量均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人本位健康教育路径可提高癌痛控制效果,有效帮助癌痛患者掌握疼痛相关知识,提高生活质量,体现护士的社会价值。
        Objective The objective of this study was to explore the application effect of people-focused health education path in patients with cancer pain. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was provided with routine health education by a pain control group consisting of a pain-responsible manager, a primary nurse and a primary physician; the observation group was given people-focused health education path. Then the effect of pain control, knowledge of pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the pain control effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(Z=-6.28,P<0.001). After intervention, the pain knowledge scores of the observation group and the control group were(92.51±11.47) and(83.69±18.55), respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=2.55,P=0.02). The physical function, emotional function, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain, dyspnea, insomnia, loss of appetite, constipation and overall quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions People-focused health education path can improve the effect of cancer pain control, effectively help patients with cancer pain master pain-related knowledge, improve the quality of life, and realize the social value of nurses.
