摘要
单点渐进成形是一种能够利用数字化制造将塑性成形和快速成形技术相结合,且适用于高强度材料成形的柔性成形技术。利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立单点渐进成形的有限元模型,模拟板材单点渐进成形的变形过程,通过分析成形件的应力状态验证了渐进成形过程符合双向拉应力理论;此外,通过研究在不同水平进给量、深度进给量和层间进给方式下成形件板材减薄率的变化,获得水平进给量、深度进给量和层间进给方式对板材成形的影响规律。
Single point incremntal formingtechnology is suitable for high-strength material deforming,which combines the plastic forming and rapid prototyping technology.And it became the hot point in metal sheet forming research field.The forming path is the most important point,as is independent of forming tool.The finite-element model of single point incremental forming is set up in ANSYS/LS-DYNA.Then the effects of horizontal feed.Vertical feed and the way of story feed on the plastic deformation of sheet workpiece are obtained through the numerical simulation.
