摘要
研究了废旧稀土荧光粉与氢氧化钠焙烧过程动力学,考察焙烧温度和氢氧化钠用量对反应速率的影响,并建立了反应动力学模型。结果表明,焙烧反应的动力学过程符合收缩核反应模型,表观活化能为77.512kJ/mol,化学反应速率对整个反应过程的影响最显著,焙烧反应的动力学方程为:1-(1-x)~(1/3)=0.4181×exp[-77512/(RT)]t。
        Roasting reaction kinetics of waste rare earth fluorescent powders with sodium hydroxide was studied.The effects of roasting temperature and ratio of sodium hydroxide to waste rare earth fluorescent powders on roasting reaction rate were investigated.Model of reaction kinetics was obtained.The results show that roasting process meets shrinking core model with apparent activation energy of 77.512kJ/mol.Chemical reaction rate has significant influence on reaction process.The kinetic equation is 1-(1-x)~(1/3)=0.4181×exp[-77512/(RT)]t.
