摘要
采用铁碳微电解法处理某实际染料废水,考察废水初始pH值、固液比、铁碳比和反应时间对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,当初始pH值为2,铁投加量为11g/L,铁碳比为1:1,反应时间60min时,出水水质最好,废水脱色率为73%,平均COD去除率达到44%。通过铁碳微电解对染料废水进行预处理,不仅提高废水的可生化性降低后续工艺的处理负担,还可以废治废,是预处理高浓度燃料废水的有效方法之一。
The wastewater from dye production process was treated by ferric-carbon internal electrolysis. The factorsaffecting the removal of color and COD from the wastewater were investigated,such as original pH,ratio of solid to liquid,ratio of Fe to C and reaction time. Research on the most influence factors showed that when the original pH was 2,theamount of iron was 11g/L,the volume ratio of iron to carbon was 1∶1 and the reaction time was 60 min,the process canget an excellent removal rate in the experience. After 30 hours treatment,the decolorizing rate was 73%,and the removalrate of COD was 44%. Considering treatment effectiveness and economical cost,ferric-carbon internal electrolysistechnology could be effective and feasible.
