摘要
采用三种热输入对1000 MPa级水电工程用高强钢B950CF进行气保焊焊接,对焊接接头的组织及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,采用自主研制的XY-ER100实心焊丝焊接B950CF钢获得了满足水电行业要求的强韧性匹配的焊接接头。随热输入的增加,焊缝组织由针状铁素体、粒状贝氏体及少量的低碳马氏体转变为以板条状贝氏体为主及部分长大的M-A块,强度及韧性均降低。为保证结构的可靠性,建议热输入的范围控制在15~30 kJ/cm。
The gas shield welding tests of 1000 MPa high-strength steel B950 CF for hydropower engineering were carried out under three heat inputs, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were studied.The results show that the welded joints with combination of high strength and good toughness which meets the require ments of the hydropower industry can be obtained by using the self-developing XY-ER100 solid welding wire to weld B950 CF steel. With the increase of heat input, the weld microstructure is transformed from acicular ferrite, granular bainite and a small amount of low carbon martensite to lath bainite and partially grown M-A block, and the strength and toughness reduce. In order to ensure the structure reliability, it is recommended that the range of heat input is controlled in 15-30 kJ/cm.
