摘要
目的:探讨人参、黄芪药对在正常大鼠血中移行成分。方法:利用UPLC-MS/MS联用方法对人参、黄芪药对体外样品及灌胃后正常大鼠血清样品进行分析,比较各样品分析结果,确认人参、黄芪药对的血中移行成分及其药材饮片来源。结果:推断出给药后大鼠血清中原型成分11个,其中来源于人参的化学成分8个,分别是人参皂苷Ra1、人参皂苷Ra3、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rc、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rg2、人参皂苷Rg5、三七皂苷Fe;来源于黄芪的化学成分3个,分别是毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、芒柄花素、山柰酚苷。结论:初步确立了人参、黄芪的血中移行成分,为阐明该药对血清药物化学成分及药效物质基础研究提供了参考。
        Objective To investigate the migration components of Ginseng and Astragalus membranaceus in normal rat blood. Methods: UPLC-MS/MS was used to analyze the serum samples of Ginseng and Astragalus membranaceus medicinal in vitro samples and normal rat serum sample after intragastric administration. The results of each sample were compared to confirm the blood migration components of Ginseng and Astragalus membranaceus and the sources of the medicinal herbs. Results: Eleven of the prototype components in the serum of the rats were inferred. Among them,there were 8 chemical components derived from Ginseng,namely ginsenoside Ra1,ginsenoside Ra3,ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Rc,ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside. Rg2,ginsenoside Rg5,notoginsenoside Fe; there are three chemical components derived from Astragalus membranaceus,respectively,they are flavonoid glycosides,formononetin,and kaempferol. Conclusion: The blood migration components of Ginseng and Astragalus membranaceus were preliminarily established,which would provide a reference for the basic research of serum medicinal components and pharmacodynamic substances.
