摘要
目的探讨急诊重症患者应用护理质量指标管理的临床效果。方法 104例急诊重症患者随机均分为对照组与试验组。试验组采取护理质量指标管理,对照组采取一般护理管理。对两组临床护理满意度与不良反应发生率进行比较。结果试验组的临床护理满意度为96.15%,对照组的临床护理满意度为76.92%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组不良发应发生率为7.69%,对照组不良反应发生率为30.77%,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.5)。结论护理质量指标管理应用到急诊重症患者护理中存在显著的临床效果,可以明显降低患者不良反应发生率及改善临床症状,提升患者临床护理满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of quality indicators management in nursing of emergency critically patients. Methods 104 critically patients were randomly divided into two groups(the control group and the experimental group). The experimental group adopted quality of care indicators and the control group adopted general management. The clinical nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.15%, and that of the control group was 76.92%. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.69% in the experimental group and 30.77% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.5). Conclusion The application of quality index management to the care of critically ill patients has significant clinical effects, which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve clinical symptoms, improve the clinical nursing satisfaction of patients.
