联合办公空间的使用需求分析

摘要
大众创业、万众创新的背景下,我国的初创团队和小微企业蓬勃发展,其灵活快速、资源互补、创新协作的工作模式使得传统写字楼办公室并不适合初创团队的办公需求。在这种情况下,能够为初创团队提供灵活、便捷办公环境,同时聚集创业所需资源和氛围的联合办公空间应运而生、蓬勃发展。作为新生的共享办公方式,联合办公空间的办公需求与传统办公室有较大不同。本文在对于联合办公进行介绍的基础上,对联合办公空间的使用需求及其对环境空间的影响进行了详尽分析。
Under the background of mass start-ups and people innovation, China's start-up teams and small enterprises are flourishing, and their flexible, resource complementary and innovative collaborative working modes make traditional office buildings unsuitable for the office needs of start-up teams. In this case, the co-working space that can provide a flexible and convenient office environment for the start-up team, and gather the resources and atmosphere of the business start to emerge and flourish. As a new mode of work which shares workspace and collaborates with others, the use demand of co-working space is quite different from traditional office. Based on the general introduction of co-working space, the use demand and its impact on co-working space environment design was analyzed in this paper.
