全程责任制助产护理模式联合导乐陪伴分娩对分娩效果的影响探讨

摘要
目的研讨全程责任制助产护理模式与导乐陪伴分娩联合实施对分娩效果的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月在我院分娩的100例产妇做课题研究,同时以随机抽签模式进行分组,A组(n=50)单纯接受全程责任制助产护理,B组(n=50)在A组基础上实施导乐陪伴分娩,比较评估两组的分娩效果。结果 B组总产程时间为(3.18±1.24)h,产后24h出血量为(213.7±40.9)mL,对比A组的总产程时间(5.45±1.86)h与产后24h出血量(276.5±46.7)mL均显著改善,P<0.05有统计学意义。B组的剖宫产率、会阴侧切率与新生儿窒息率对比A组均显著降低,产妇满意度对比A组显著提高,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论在全程责任制助产护理模式下,对产妇实施导乐陪伴分娩,能够获得较理想的分娩效果,值得推荐。
Objective To study the effect of the whole-course responsibility midwifery nursing mode and the guided delivery of childbirth on the delivery effect. Methods One hundred women who gave birth in our hospital from 2017 January to January 2019 were selected for research. They were grouped by random lottery. Group A(n=50)simply accepted full-course responsibility for midwifery care. Group B(n=50) on the basis of group A, guided music delivery was performed, and the effect of delivery was compared between the two groups. Results The total duration of labor in group B was(3.18±1.24) hours and the amount of bleeding in 24 hours postpartum was(213.7±40.9) mL.Compared with group A, the total duration of labor in group A was(5.45±1.86) hours and the amount of bleeding in24 hours postpartum was(276.5±46.7) mL significantly improved, P< 0.05 had statistical significance. The cesarean section rate, lateral perineal incision rate and neonatal asphyxia rate in group B were significantly lower than those in group A, and the maternal satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in group A, P<0.05 with statistical significance. Conclusion Under the whole-process responsibility midwifery nursing mode, the implementation of Doula accompanied delivery can achieve a better delivery effect, which is worth recommending.
