补阳化痰通络汤联合现代康复干预对脑卒中康复期运动功能的影响

摘要
目的:观察补阳化痰通络汤联合现代康复干预对脑卒中康复期运动功能的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年12月延安大学咸阳医院收治的104例脑卒中康复期患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组52例。对照组采取现代康复干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合补阳化痰通络汤治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率及治疗前、后肢体功能(Brunnstrom量表评分和FMA评分)、日常生活能力[巴氏指数(BI)]和肌力(MRC法肌力分级)情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Brunnstrom评分、FMA评分、BI指数与MRC评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组各指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳化痰通络汤联合现代康复干预可提高康复期脑卒中的疗效,改善患者肢体功能,提高患者日常生活能力及肌力。
Objective:To observe the effect of Buyang Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with modern rehabilitation intervention on motor function in the recovery stage of stroke.Methods:A total of 104 stroke patients at the recovery stage were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with52 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with modern rehabilitation,and those in the observation group were treated with Buyang Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with modern rehabilitation.The total effective rate,Brunnstrom scale score,FMA score,Barthel index(BI)and muscle strength(MRC muscle strength classification)were compared between two groups.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).The Brunnstrom score,FMA score,BI index and MRC score after treatment were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the increase was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with modern rehabilitation intervention could enhance the therapeutic effect and improve limb function,daily living ability and strength in stroke patients at the recovery stage.
