人文关怀在重症监护室气管插管清醒患者护理中的应用

摘要
目的通过对重症监护室气管插管清醒患者实施人文关怀和常规护理,观察护理效果,比较两种护理方法的临床特点。方法从来该院诊治的2015年3月—2018年8月的重症监护室气管插管清醒的患者中随机抽取72例,采用随机数字法随机分为对照组36例:常规护理;观察组36例:常规护理+人文关怀,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组的睡眠质量评分(8.97±3.47)分低于对照组(12.43±4.65)分(t=8.631,P<0.05),抑郁评分(41.53±6.73)分低于对照组(55.64±5.64)分(t=11.873,P<0.05),焦虑评分(40.15±6.17)分低于对照组(52.66±6.85)分(t=9.098,P<0.05);观察组护理技术评分(98.63±2.89分)高于对照组(93.65±3.21)分(t=8.688, P<0.05),护理管理评分(98.79±2.51)分高于对照组(92.26±3.68)分(t=10.163,P<0.05),护理态度评分(96.87±2.87)分高于对照组(93.11±3.28)分(t=9.879, P<0.05),护理质量(96.36±2.89)分高于对照组(93.42±2.75)分(t=11.667, P<0.05)。结论人文关怀与常规护理相比,更加缓解重症监护室气管插管清醒患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,有效提高睡眠质量,护理效果显著。
Objective To observe the nursing effect and observe the clinical characteristics of the two nursing methods by implementing humanistic care and routine nursing for patients with intubation in intensive care unit. Methods 72 patients were randomly selected from the intensive care unit of the intensive care unit from March 2015 to August 2018 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into the control group by 36 patients: routine nursing; 36 patients in the observation group: routine care + human care, compare the clinical effects of the two groups. Results The sleep quality score of the observation group(8.97±3.47)points was lower than that of the control group(12.43±4.65)points(t=8.631, P<0.05), and the depression score(41.53 ±6.73)points was lower than the control group(55.64 ±5.64)points(t =11.873, P <0.05), anxiety score(40.15±6.17)points was lower than the control group(52.66±6.85)(t=9.098, P<0.05); observation group nursing technique score(98.63±2.89)points higher than the control group(93.65±3.21)points(t=8.688, P<0.05), the nursing management score(98.79±2.51)points was higher than the control group(92.26±3.68)points(t=10.163, P<0.05), nursing attitude score(96.87±2.87)points was higher than that of the control group(93.11±3.28)points(t=9.879, P<0.05), and the quality of care(96.36±2.89)points was higher than that of the control group(93.42±2.75)points(t=11.667, P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing, humanistic care can alleviate the depression and anxiety of patients with intubation in intensive care unit, and effectively improve the quality of sleep. The nursing effect is remarkable.
