影响维吾尔族、汉族脑瘫患儿父母生活质量的相关因素分析

摘要
目的探析影响维吾尔族、汉族脑瘫患儿父母生活质量的相关因素。方法选取2014年4月~2015年4月在我院治疗的300例维吾尔族、汉族脑瘫患儿父母作为观察组,完成简明健康状况量表(SF-36)和脑瘫儿童父母生活质量影响因素调查表;于2015年4~7月在新疆各地州筛选的300例同地域正常儿童的父母作为对照组,完成SF-36量表。比较两组的SF-36评分,并分析观察组生活质量的影响因素。结果观察组的SF-36总评分为(71.26±4.99)分,明显低于对照组的(86.66±4.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两民族之间脑瘫患儿的父母生活质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),患儿年龄、患儿病情严重程度(GMFCS分级)、子女个数及家庭月收入等因素均对脑瘫患儿父母的生活质量造成明显影响(P<0.05),除初中及以下与高中组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其他不同文化程度之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患儿年龄、病情严重程度及其父母文化程度、子女个数及家庭月收入等均与维吾尔族、汉族脑瘫患儿父母生活质量具有相关性。
Objective To explore the relevant factors influencing on parents′ quality of life for children with cerebral palsy in Uygur and Han nationality. Methods From April 2014 to April 2015,300 children with cerebral whose parents were in Uygur and Han nationality were selected as observation group.They were asked to fill in SF-36 and questionnaire on quality of life in children′s parents.From April to July 2015,another 300 healthy children from each region in Xinjiang whose parents were in the same area was classified into control group.They were also asked to fill in SF-36.SF-36 score between two groups was compared and influencing factors of quality of life in observation group were analyzed. Results In observation group,the total score of SF-36 [(71.26±4.99) points] was significantly lower than that in control group [(86.66±4.30) points] and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in quality of life for parents between the two nationalities(P>0.05).Factors including age in sick children,disease severity in children(GMFCS classification),number of children and family monthly income played remarkable influence on parents′ quality of life in children with cerebral palsy(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in group of junior high school or below and group of high school(P>0.05),except that,difference among varied degree of education was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Age in sick children,disease severity in children,parents′ educational level,number of children and family monthly income are related with parents′ quality of life in children with cerebral palsy in Uygur and Han nationality.
