摘要
根据电熔氧化锆生产工艺的特点和实践经验,主要从熔炼工序、微硅粉收集、粉体加工工序等方面分析节能降耗的影响因素,指出提高节能减排效果的方法,以促进电熔氧化锆行业的技术进步和发展。
According to the characteristics of fused zirconia production process and practical expeience,the influence factors of energy saving and consumption reduction were analyzed mainly from smelting process, silica fume collection and powder processing procedure, and the methods of improving energy saving and emission reduction were pointed out in order to promote the technological progress and development of the fused zirconia industry.
