鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的围术期护理实施及效果分析

摘要
目的分析接受鼻内镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者临床护理的有效方法及效果。方法根据护理方式不同将我院收治的150例接受鼻内镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者分为观察组75例、对照组75例,分别实施常规护理配合、围术期护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组手术总有效率为90.67%,对照组手术总有效率为74.67%(x~2=0.4444,P=0.5050);观察组术后并发症发生率为4%,明显低于对照组术后并发症发生率的14.67%(x~2=5.0051,P=0.0253);观察组术后1、3个月生活质量评分为(48.33±4.73)分、(35.49±3.71)分,均明显优于对照组术后1、3个月评分(55.98±5.34)分、(41.18±3.55)分(t=7.5829、7.8356,P=0.0000、0.0000)。结论对接受鼻内镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者实施围术期护理干预,能够在保证手术效果基础上提升手术安全性,更大程度改善患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effective clinical methods and effects of patients with chronic sinusitis treated by endoscopic surgery. Methods According to different nursing methods, 150 patients with chronic sinusitis who underwent endoscopic surgery in April 2017-2018 were divided into 75 observation group and 75 control group, respectively. The routine nursing coordination and perioperative nursing intervention were implemented,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 92% in the observation group and 88% in the control group(x~2=0.4444, P=0.5050). The postoperative complication rate was 4%in the observation group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group. The postoperative complication rate was 18%(x~2=5.0051, P=0.0253). The quality of life scores in the observation group were(48.33±4.73) and(35.49±3.71), which were significantly better than the control group. After 1 and 3 months, the scores were(55.98±5.34) and(41.18±3.55) points(t=7.5829, 7.8356, P=0.0000, 0.0000). Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention for patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing endoscopic surgery can ensure the successful completion of the operation, help to reduce postoperative complications and speed up patient recovery, and it is worthy of widespread promotion.
