摘要
基于绿色矿山建设理念,为有效降低露天石材矿床开采对地表生态环境的破坏,设计了针对石材矿床地下开采的"平硐台阶式锯切空场法",明确了采场结构、回采工艺及锯切设备的选择。针对首采矿房第一台阶回采提出了基于硐口及开拓巷道两个自由面的锯切开采工艺,对接续矿房第二个自由面的形成提出了"背切"和"盲切"两种切割方法。为我国石材矿床地下开采提供了一种新方法和新思路。
Based on the concept of green mine construction, in order to effectively reduce the damage of ecological environment vegetation caused by open-pit stone deposit mining, the "flat-step-type sawing empty field method" for underground mining of stone deposits was designed, and the structural parameters of the stope, sawing process and equipment selection were clarified. For the first step of the first mining room mining, a sawing mining process based on two free faces of the cornice and the open roadway is proposed, and twocutting methods of "back cut" and "blind cut" were proposedfor the formation of the second free faces of the mining room. It provides a new method and new ideas for underground mining of stone deposits in China.
