医学生友谊质量对孤独感的影响:自我意识的中介作用

摘要
目的:探讨医大学生友谊质量、自我意识特征与孤独感的关系,了解大学生孤独感形成的内在机制。方法:使用友谊质量量表(FQI),孤独量表(UCLA),自我意识量表(SCS)对555名大学生进行测量。结果:(1)友谊质量总分及其因子分帮助与支持、亲密性和伙伴关系均与孤独感显著负相关(r=-0.60,-0.65,-0.48,-0.63;P<0.01),友谊质量中的因子友伴冲突和冲突强度则与孤独感显著正相关(r=0.49,0.50;P<0.01);(2)自我意识及其因子分公我意识、私我意识与孤独感显著负相关(r=-0.64,-0.47,-0.40;P<0.01);(3)自我意识在友谊质量和孤独感之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的百分比为34.35%。结论:医学生友谊质量对孤独感体验有重要影响,自我意识在两者之间中介作用。
Objective:To investigate the forming mechanism of loneliness from the relationship between friendship quality,self-consciousness and loneliness in medical students.Methods:A total of 555 college students were investigated with the scale of FQI,UCL and SCS.Results:(1)The score and three dimensions of friendship quality that were help and support,intimacy and partnership were significantly negatively correlated with loneliness,but significantly positive correlated with the two dimensions of peer conflict and conflict intensity.(2)The score and two dimensions of self-consciousness had a significantly negative correlation with loneliness;(3)Self-consciousness had partially intermediary effect between friendship quality and loneliness.Conclusion:Friendship quality and self-consciousness are essential influencing factors for loneliness of medical students,and self-consciousness plays a partial mediating role.
