大学生手机成瘾对抑郁的影响:情绪调节自我效能感的中介作用

采用大学生手机成瘾倾向量表、抑郁自评量表和情绪调节自我效能感量表对252名大学生实施匿名问卷作答测试,对调查数据进行统计分析,旨在探讨大学生手机成瘾对抑郁的影响及情绪调节自我效能感的中介作用。结果表明:大学生手机成瘾与抑郁呈显著正相关,与表达正性情绪效能感和调节负性情绪效能感呈显著负相关;表达正性情绪效能感、调节负性情绪效能感与抑郁均呈显著负相关;大学生表达正性情绪效能感和调节负性情绪效能感在手机成瘾和抑郁之间的中介效应显著,中介效应占总效应的比值分别为29.2%、30.8%。最终得出结论:大学生手机成瘾能够在一定程度下导致抑郁的发生,还能通过情绪调节自我效能感的中介作用间接影响抑郁。
This study used the college students' mobile addiction tendency scale, depression self-rating scale and emotional self-efficacy scale to conduct an anonymous questionnaire test on 252 college students, and statistically analyze the data to explore the impacts of college students' mobile addiction on depression and mediating of the regulatory emotional self-efficacy. The results showed that:(1) college students' mobile phone addiction was significantly correlated positively with depression, and negatively correlated with expressing positive emotional efficacy and regulating negative emotional efficacy; expressing positive emotional efficacy and regulating negative emotional efficacy were negatively correlated with depression;(2) college students' expressing positive emotional efficacy and adjusting negative emotional efficacy had mediating effects on mobile phone addiction and depression; and the percentages of mediating effect in the total effects were29.2% and 30.8% respectively. It thus concluded that college students' mobile phone addiction can to a certain extent result in depression while affecting depression through the mediating effect of emotional regulation of self-efficacy.
