摘要
根据电牵引支架搬运工作特性和结构特点,研究对比了永磁无刷直流电机和交流变频电机、防爆锂电池电源装置和防爆特殊型铅酸电池电源装置对该支架车的适应性,通过采用牵引变频闭环转矩矢量控制技术和油泵变频节能策略,使国产电牵引铲板式支架搬运车电气系统达到了进口产品的性能,该系统元部件分别在传动试验台和随整车在煤矿井下进行了试验并通过验收。结果表明:国产电牵引铲板式支架搬运车电气系统实现了车辆下坡回馈制动、上坡稳定驱动,具有过载能力强、简单可靠、故障率低、效率高、绿色节能的特点,可有效降低煤矿井下的废气、噪音污染。
According to electric traction bracket handling and structural characteristics, we studied and compared the adaptability of permanent magnet brushless DC motor, AC variable frequency motor,explosion proof lithium battery power supply and explosion-proof lead-acid battery power supply to the scaffold truck. Through the adoption of traction frequency conversion closed-loop torque vector control technology and energy-saving pump frequency strategy, the electrical system of domestic electric towed shovel-plate scaffold truck had reached the performance of imported product. Components of the electrical system in the transmission test rig and the whole truck in the coal mine had been tested and passed the acceptance. The results showed that the electrical system of domestic electric towed shovelplate scaffold truck could achieve the vehicle downhill feedback braking and uphill stability drive. The system had the characteristics of strong overload, simple and reliable, low failure rate, high efficiency and green energy saving, which can effectively reduce the exhaust gas and noise pollution in the coal mine.
