阿仑膦酸钠对骨关节炎作用的研究进展

<正>骨性关节炎(Osteoarthritis,OA)是一种退行性病变,好发于中老年人群。在世界老年人口中约有10%以上人群患有OA所引起的相关病症。OA患者大多会伴有关节疼痛以及关节僵硬等症状,在活动过度或长期制动后这些症状会更加明显。阿仑膦酸钠(alendronate,ALN)因为其有抗骨吸收作用在临床上常应用于治疗骨质疏松,特别是在对中老年女性绝经后导致的骨质疏松症的治疗中能够取得很好的疗效~([1])。但长
