摘要
我国拜耳法氧化铝工厂中蒸发车间工艺能耗约占生产总能耗14.8%~21%的比例,如何降低蒸发车间能耗意义重大。本文介绍的蒸水量370t/h大型分体式降膜蒸发技术,实现了装置能力大、蒸发汽水比低、冷凝水碱含量低、检修维护方便等特点,且有明显的节能效果,经济效益显著,为氧化铝厂实现节能减排提供了技术保障。本技术已成功应用于国内氧化铝工厂。
        As process energy consumption of evaporation shop occupies about 14. 8% to 21% of total production consumption in domestic alumina refinery with Bayer process,it is an important to reduce energy consumption of evaporation shop. In this paper large split falling film evaporating technology with370 t / h evaporated quantity of water is introduced,which is characterized by great plant capacity,low water to steam ratio,low alkali content in condensed water,easy to repairing and maintenance,remarkable energy saving and economic benefits,and supplying technical guarantee for the alumina refinery to realize energy saving and consumption reducing. This technology has already successfully applied to domestic alumina refineries.
