摘要
复杂钢结构临时支撑体系是常见的施工措施,在施工过程中,临时支撑柱拆除卸载稳定性分析,对施工安全保障具有指导意义。该文基于复杂全曲面钢结构项目——"国家网络安全人才与创新基地展示中心",应用sap2000有限元软件分析了该项目在施工中支撑架卸载安全问题。由于曲面钢结构比较复杂,是近乎于全曲面结构,工程的临时支撑架共计36个,分7次卸载。在有限元分析过程中,每一次卸载都会根据现场实际情况进行实测对比计算,并根据应力和位移检测结果提出结构的安全性评价。
        The temporary support system of complex steel structure is a common construction measure.During the construction process,the stability analysis of the temporary support column removal and unloading has guiding significance for construction safety.Based on the complex full-surface steel structure project"National Network Security Talents and Innovation Base Exhibition Center",this paper analyzes the safety of the support frame unloading during construction by using sap2000 finite element software.Due to the complexity of the curved steel structure,it is nearly fullsurface structure.The total number of temporary support frames for the project is 36,which is unloaded in seven times.In the process of finite element analysis,each unloading will be measured and compared according to the actual situation of the site,and the structural safety evaluation will be proposed based on the stress and displacement test results.
