摘要
我国城市敷设天然气管道由于受到地域及空间的限制,大多埋入地下,形成地下燃气管网。由于敷设年代久远,历史遗留问题较多,造成安全隐患较多。文中以城市中常见使用年限超过10年的钢制燃气管道为例,通过对管道风险预评估、全面检验、安全隐患判定,科学评价管道的实际使用状况。最后根据检验及评估结果,提出保障钢制燃气管道安全生产的若干建议,为今后的钢制燃气管道的安全管理及创新与发展提供参考。
        Because of the restriction of region and space, most of the natural gas pipelines laid in cities in China are buried underground,forming underground gas pipeline network. Due to the long history of laying, there are many problems left over from history, resulting in more potential safety hazards. This paper takes steel gas pipelines with service life of more than 10 years as an example, and scientifically evaluates the actual use of pipelines through risk pre-assessment, comprehensive inspection, safety hazard determination. Finally, according to the results of inspection and evaluation, some suggestions are put forward to ensure the safety production of steel gas pipelines, which can provide reference for the safety management, innovation and development of steel gas pipelines in the future.
