摘要
本文采用冻融劈裂强度试验、高温车辙试验、低温弯曲梁试验分析了SBR改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料的路用性能,并与普通乳化沥青冷再生混合料进行了对比分析。结果显示:SBR的掺入能有效改善冷再生混合料的抗水损性能;与普通乳化沥青冷再生混合料相比SBR改性乳化沥青冷再生混合料7d动稳定度和28d提高12.6%,28d动稳定度提高了8.48%,SBR胶乳的掺入能有效提高冷再生混合料的抗裂性能。
In this paper,freeze-thaw splitting strength test,high temperature rut test and low temperature bending beam test were used to analyze the road performance of SBR modified emulsified asphalt cold regenerated mixture,and compared with common emulsified asphalt cold regenerated mixture. The results show that SBR incorporation can effectively improve the water loss resistance of cold recycled mixture.Compared with the ordinary emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixture,the dynamic stability of SBR modified emulsified asphalt cold regeneration mixture was improved by 12.6% at 7 days and 8.48% at 28 days,respectively. The addition of SBR latex can effectively improve the crack resistance of cold regeneration mixture.
