复合异丙酚麻醉诱导时舒芬太尼抑制喉罩插管反应的药效学价值

摘要
目的:探讨复合异丙酚麻醉诱导时舒芬太尼抑制喉罩插管反应的药效学价值。方法:收集我院2014年1月~2015年12月入院的80例行全麻非腔镜手术患者随机分为两组,A组采取异丙酚诱导+舒芬太尼,B组采取异丙酚诱导+芬太尼,比较两组不同时点麻醉效果、血压与心率、不良反应与诱导时间。结果:两组不同时点麻醉效果、血压与心率均不存在明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);A组总体不良反应发生率明显低于B组,存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组麻醉诱导时间不存在明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复合异丙酚麻醉诱导时舒芬太尼抑制喉罩插管反应的药效学价值较高,具有借鉴性。
Objective:Discussion propofol during induction of anesthesia Sufentanil pharmacodynamic inhibition value in patients with laryngeal mask intubation response.Methods:80 non-collection routine anesthesia laparoscopic patients in our hospital from January2014 to December 2015 hospitalized surgery were randomly divided into two groups,A group of patients taking propofol + sufentanil,group B patients to take isopropyl phenol induced fentanyl compared two groups of patients at different time points anesthesia,blood pressure and heart rate,adverse reactions and induction time.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the anesthetic effect, blood pressure and heart rate at different time points(P >0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was significantly lower than that in group B, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in induction time of anesthesia, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Higher when combined with propofol anesthesia sufentanil inhibition in patients with laryngeal mask intubation pharmacodynamic value,with Reference.
