PICC置管的化疗患者细节性护理效果观察

摘要
目的探究对PICC置管的化疗患者实施细节性护理效果。方法选取本院2016年10月～2018年6月间收治的45例化疗患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,对照组22例采用常规置管护理,实验组23例采用细节性护理,观察两组护理效果、并发症及患者护理满意度、PICC对日常生活影响评分情况。结果实施细节性护理的实验组,一次置管成功率高于对照组,导管堵塞率及非计划拔管率都低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组并发症发生率为4.3%,对照组22.7%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组患者护理总满意率为95.7%,对照组为68.2%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组日常生活的影响评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PICC置管化疗患者实施细节性护理干预,提高了一次置管成功率、减少了并发症、提高了患者护理满意度、改善了生活质量,值得采用。
Objective To explore the effect of detailed nursing of chemotherapy patients with PICC catheterization.Methods 45 chemotherapy patients who were admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2016 to June 2018 were selected as research objects and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method.22 patients in the control group were given routine catheterization nursing while 23 patients in the experimental group were given detailed nursing.Nursing effect,complications,nursing satisfaction of patients and effect of PICC on daily life score of two groups were observed.Results In the experimental group with detailed nursing,the success rate of one-time catheterization was higher than that of the control group and the rate of catheter blockage and unplanned catheter extubation were lower than those of the control group.The comparison had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Complication rate of the experimental group and the control group was respectively4.3% and 22.7%.The comparison had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Total satisfaction rates of nursing of patients in the experimental group and the control group were respectively 95.7% and 68.2%.The comparison had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Effect of PICC on daily life score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The comparison had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing for chemotherapy patients with PICC catheterization can improve the success rate of one-time catheterization,reduce complications,improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and improve the quality of life,which is worth adopting.
