摘要
哈达湾老工业区承载着带动经济和传承后工业文化的重要职能,然而目前该区域发展结构、生态品质和功能配置与其中枢职能不相符。本文通过梳理哈达湾老工业区的发展背景,发现该区域存在生态环境污染、产业发展落后、工业文化断层问题。为满足该区域生态环境转型需求、功能置换转型需求、文化遗产传承需求,本文尝试提出以最小累积阻力差值法评估生态修复用地、城市修补用地的分配适宜性,构建支撑哈达湾老工业区棕地整治、水系统织补、绿地保护、优化结构、置换功能、延续文脉的更新策略,旨在提升双修视角下老工业区更新的可行性与实效性。
        Hadawan Old Industrial Area carries the important function of driving the economy and inheriting the post-industrial culture. However, the development structure, ecological quality and functional configuration of the region are not consistent with its central function at present. By analyzing the development background of Hadawan Old Industrial Area, this paper finds that this area has the problems of ecological environment pollution, backward industrial development and industrial culture fault. To meet the needs of inheritance of cultural heritage, regional ecological environment and functional replacement transformation, the attempt to raise the allocation suitability of urban renovation land and ecological restoration land is evaluated by the minimum cumulative resistance method. The paper suggests to build the renewal policy that supports the remediation, water system darning, green space protection, optimized structure, replacement function and context continuation of the brownfield in Hadawan Old Industrial Area, aiming to improve the feasibility and effectiveness of such renewal of the old industrial area from the perspective of "Urban renovation and ecological restoration".
