摘要
谦卑型领导在与他人的持续互动中,能客观的认识自己,能面对下属坦诚自身的不足与错误,在合作与竞争的组织情景中,能欣赏和肯定下属的优秀以及贡献,并且善于向下属学习,寻求建设性的意见。本文通过272名样本对象,运用有调节的中介模型分析了谦卑型领导对员工管家行为的影响作用。结果表明,谦卑型领导显著正向影响员工责任感和管家行为;员工责任感在谦卑型领导与员工管家行为之间具有部分中介效应;领导者自我牺牲精神和上下级关系均在谦卑型领导对员工责任感和管家行为的影响中具有调节效应。同时,领导者自我牺牲精神和上下级关系对员工责任感在谦卑型领导与员工管家行为之间具有调节效应。
