患-陪就诊同盟的会话参与模式研究

摘要
以话轮转换为单位,从微观局部层面探究我国陪同医患交际中患?陪同盟的会话参与模式。就诊同盟中患?陪话轮间关系不同于两方交际,其相邻话轮可分为并列、并行、分裂、扩展、合作等八种类型,非相邻话轮则存在隐身、代言、竞抢三种类型,体现双方与单人两种会话参与模式。对患?陪同盟会话参与模式的研究也是对多人交际方的形成和会话参与规律的初探,不仅为陪同类医患会话结构研究提供了分析框架,也对多人会话研究具有启示意义。
Taking a micro - local perspective, this article explores the participation patterns of the patient-companion alliance in accompanied doctor-patient interaction in China at the turn-taking level. It is found that the patterns used by the patient and the companion in accompanied interaction are significantly different from those in dyadic interaction. The research identifies eight patterns for adjacent turns and three for unitary turns based on parameters comprising parallelism, co-presence,schism, and absence. The study on the participation patterns of the patient-companion alliance is also one of the pioneering explorations of regularities in the formation of a multi-participant party and the partys conversational practices. The study not only provides an analytical framework for the structure of accompanied medical interaction, but also sheds light on conversation analysis of polylogues.
