基于BIM的特大型市政工程项目管理体系研究

摘要
市政工程与其他工程相比,具有体量大,投资高,周期长,影响范围广,专业多,对周边环境影响大、施工组织复杂和工程目标要求高等特点。通过构建基于建筑信息模型的特大型市政工程项目管理体系,为工程项目的效率管理、质量管理、风险管理、资源分配、投资控制等提供基于数据的辅助支持,以提升市政工程项目管理能级,同时为同类的市政工程BIM技术推进提供项目管理示范基础。
Compared with other projects,municipal engineering has the characteristics of large volume,high investment,long period,wide range of in?uence,many specialties,large environmental impact on the surrounding environment,complex construction organization and high requirements for engineering objectives. By constructing the management system of super-large municipal engineering projects based on building information model,it can provide data-based support for the ef?ciency management,quality management,risk management,resource allocation,investment control of Engineering projects,so as to improve the management level of municipal engineering projects,and at the same time promote the same kind of municipal engineering BIM technology. To provide a demonstration foundation for project management.
