摘要
大凌河流域的水资源与生态环境受经济发展影响较为显著,尤其是水资源的不合理开发以及供需矛盾持续紧张,进一步加剧了流域水资源脆弱程度。本文依据大凌河流域社会经济状况以及水文地质、气候地形等自然条件,构建了包含15项典型指标的水资源脆弱性评价体系,对各指标权重利用熵权法确定,并对流域空间利用GIS进行划分,在此基础上构建了模糊优选评价模型。评价结果基本能够反映流域水资源的实际状况,可为大凌河流域水环境治理与开发利用提供一定参考。
        The water resources and ecological environment in Daling River basin are significantly affected by economic development, especially the irrational development of water resources and the continuous tension between supply and demand, which further aggravate the vulnerability of water resources in the basin. According to the social and economic conditions of Daling River basin and natural conditions such as hydrogeology, climate and topography, this paper constructs a water resources vulnerability evaluation system including 15 typical indicators;determines the weight of each indicator by entropy weight method; divides the basin space by GIS, and on this basis constructing a fuzzy optimization evaluation model. The evaluation results can basically reflect the actual situation of water resources in the Daling River Basin, and can provide some reference for water environment management and development and utilization.
