摘要
对某高层建筑物倾斜的原因进行分析,根据该建筑物的场地特性及结构形式,采用加芯高压旋喷桩止倾和堆载-排水固结-开挖沟槽-扰动砂石综合法对该高层建筑物进行了纠倾加固施工。工程实践表明,对于高层建筑物采用堆载-排水固结-开挖沟槽-扰动砂石综合纠倾法能保证整幢建筑物安全、均匀地回倾,为今后其他类似工程提供参考。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the tilt of a high-rise building according to the characteristics and structure of the building.The rectification and reinforcement of the high rise building were carried out using the method of combined inclination-rectifying reinforcement of JPP and surcharging-drainage consolidation-digging groove-soil excavat.The project practice showed that using the method of combined inclination-rectifying reinforcement can ensure the high-rise building inclination rectification Safety and uniform.This paper can provide reference for other similar projects in the future.
