摘要
随着建筑物和构筑物各种病害层出不穷,建筑物和构筑物病害治理研究日益受到瞩目。本文主要以西宁某小区泥岩地基高层倾斜建筑纠倾加固工程为例,结合具体的施工技术和监测数据,探讨并比较了锚杆静压桩、人工挖孔混凝土桩的止倾效果,结合FLAC 3D研究了单排孔模型、"扩孔法"模型和"双排孔法"模型的土体竖向位移。研究结果表明锚杆静压桩配合螺旋千斤顶自锁对大楼暂时的止倾加固有利,人工挖孔混凝土桩可以实现大楼永久的止倾加固;"迫降纠偏法"中,土体最大沉降量的位置处于第一排取土孔的顶部土体。"扩孔法"和"双排孔法"可以成倍增加土体变形量,两种方法都可以作为迫降纠偏法中增加土体变形量的主要技术措施。该研究成果对其他类似倾斜建筑物或构筑物纠倾加固的设计和施工具有指导意义。
        Following with all kinds of problems emerging in the buildings and structures,the managing research is receiving more and more attention. In this paper,rectifying & strengthening project of a Xining high-rise tilted building in mud-stone foundation was taked as a case and the specific construction technique and monitoring data were combined to give a discussion and contrast of the anti-tilting effects of anchor jacked pile and manual excavated concrete pile,and at the same time a vertical displacement research of single row hole model,"reaming hole method"model,and"double row hole"model were given based on the FLAC 3D. The results show that anchor jacked pile in conjunction with jack selflocking has great advantage on the building's temporary rectifying & strengthening,and manual excavated concrete pile has absolute advantage on the building 's permanent rectifying & strengthening. In the "forced landing correction method",the location of soil's maximum settlement is at the top of the first row of holes. " reaming method" and " double row hole method" can multiply increase the displacement of soil,and both methods can be used as the main technical measures to increase the displacement of soil in the forced landing correction method. The research results have guiding significance for the other similar inclined building or structure's rectifying & strengthening design and construction.
