摘要
文章基于我国建筑部品与装配式建筑的发展现状,针对住宅发展面临的问题,提出空间部品的概念,探索装配式结构与各类部品体系集成为空间产品的可能性,逻辑性地梳理了空间部品的性质、分类与设计方法,结合华·工坊竞赛获奖作品与SDC2018竞赛优秀作品的实践建造经验,探讨空间部品的应用方式与优、劣势,旨在为我国住宅产业的发展提出一种新的可能性。
Based on the development status of China's building components and fabricated buildings,the concept of space components is proposed for the problems faced by residential development,and the possibility of integrating assembly structure and various parts systems into space products is explored.This paper logically sorts out the nature,classification and design methods of space components,combines with the practical experience of Huagongfang contest winning works and excellent works in SDC2018 competition,discusses the application methods and advantages and disadvantages of space components,aims at proposing a new possibility for the development of China's housing industry.
