摘要
针对集对分析法存在的同、异、反评语粗略问题,对其进行改进,联系度由3级推广到5级,进而建立了基于广义集对分析法的溃坝环境影响评价模型。将该模型用于沙河集水库的溃坝环境影响评价,与传统的集对分析法、模糊数学理论模型评价结果进行比较,表明基于广义集对分析法的评价结果更为合理,更贴近研究对象的实际情况,为水库大坝溃坝环境影响评价提供了一种更为可靠且操作简单的方法,具有良好的工程应用价值。
        Aiming at the rough problem of Identical-Discrepancy-Contrary(IDC) comments in Set Pair Analysis(SPA), this study proposed an improved SPA to deeper characterize the difference and opposites coefficient, and to extend the evaluation ranking of dam-break environmental impact assessment from 3 levels to 5 levels and then established dam-break environmental impact assessment model based on the General Set Pair Analysis(GSPA). The model was applied to Shaheji Reservoir dam. Compared with traditional SPA method, fuzzy mathematical model showed that the evaluation results of GSPA are reliable, reasonable and visualized and then can obtain the convergence degree of each evaluation level. It is a scientific and practical evaluation method for evaluation and decision-making of the dam-break environmental impact assessment and has good potential application.
