不动产权籍调查管理系统建设

摘要
本文从不动产登记工作的迫切需求和合肥市不动产权籍调查工作实践出发,立足海量空间数据的管理和GIS的共享应用服务,运用信息管理科学方法和相关技术理论,从业务流程、功能服务、系统架构及技术实现等方面进行分析和设计,对不动产权籍调查管理的规范化和信息化建设进行了探索和实践。
This article starts from real estate registration's active demand and current real estate ownership survey management in Hefei, bases upon management of massive spatial data and shared application services for GIS, applies the scientific method of information management and related technical theories,analyzes the business process, designsthe functions, services, system framework and technical realization, explores and practices the standardization and informationization of real estate ownership survey management.
