摘要
2013~2017年,北京市服务业坚持提质增效发展,呈现出"规模增、质量高、结构优"的特点。受此影响,服务业能源生产率显著提升,贡献主要来自于产业内部增长效应,尤其是金融业的贡献率达到34.4%。产业内部能源要素的合理流动也有助于能源生产率的提高,当能源消费逐步流向信息、科技、文化等现代服务业时,显示出正结构效应;其中,信息、科技行业的贡献率分别为17%和11.6%。
From 2013 to 2017, Beijing's service industry insisted on improving quality and increasing efficiency, showing the characteristics of "increasing scale, high quality and excellent structure". Affected by this, the energy productivity of service industry has increased significantly. The contribution mainly comes from the internal growth effect of industry, especially the contribution rate of financial industry reaches 34.4%. The rational flow of energy elements within the industry also contributes to the improvement of energy productivity. When energy consumption gradually flows to modern service industries such as information, science and technology, culture and so on, it shows a positive structural effect. Among them, the contribution rates of information and science and technology industries are 17% and 11.6%, respectively.
