摘要
针对目前动力头式全液压坑道钻机碟形弹簧夹持器存在开口量小,无法实现中间加卸粗径钻具的问题,设计了大行程复合式氮气弹簧夹持器。在分析大行程复合式氮气弹簧夹持器结构及工作原理的基础上,对夹持器夹持能力及开口量进行了设计,对最大夹持力及最低开启压力进行了计算。试验结果表明此夹持器开口量大,性能可靠,满足设计及使用要求。
In view of the problem that the disc spring clamping device of power head full hydraulic tunnel drill rig has small openings at present, it is impossible to add and unload the thick diameter drill tool in the middle, a large stroke compound nitrogen spring clamp is designed. Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the large-stroke compound nitrogen spring clamp, the clamping capacity and opening capacity of the clamping device are designed, and the maximum clamping force and minimum opening pressure are calculated. The test results show that the clamping device has large opening,reliable performance and meets the design and operation requirements.
