摘要
目的研究饮料瓶盖防盗环连接桥强度对瓶盖开启性能的影响。方法对瓶盖开启性能与连接桥强度的关系进行了理论分析;利用特别设计的成型刀具,得到3种不同防盗环强度的防盗瓶盖样品,并通过开启性能测试和抽样试验等方式,对样品的开启性能进行评估,并对不同连接桥强度对饮料瓶盖封盖性能的影响进行了研究。结果随着连接桥强度增加,对应的开启扭矩及扭断扭矩逐步增加;抽样实验表明,被测试者对低连接桥强度瓶盖(10桥设计)的开启性能接受度最高,达到93.2%;3种不同连接桥强度瓶盖样品的上线适用性均通过评估。结论连接桥强度较低的塑料防盗瓶盖拥有更好的开启性能
        To investigate the influence of tamper-evident band bridge strength on the opening properties of plastic closures. The relationship between the opening property of bottle caps and the band bridge strength was theoretically analyzed. Beverage bottle cap samples with three different bridge strengths of tamper-evident bands were prepared using specially designed forming tools. The opening properties of sample caps were evaluated by opening/breaking torque test,bridge strength test, and sampling experiment. As the strength of tamper-evident band bridges increased, both the opening torque and the break torque increased. Sampling experiment result showed that the sample closures with lower strength of tamper-evident band bridges(10-bridge design) achieved the highest acceptance rate of 93.2%. All sample caps with three different bridge strengths passed the online capping test. Tamper-evident plastic closures with reduced tamper-evident band bridge strength had better opening property.
