摘要
渤海海域某构造区块的天然气中含有少量H_2S和大量CO_2气体。这些酸性气体一方面造成天然气的热值达不到要求,同时在管道输送时会出现腐蚀、冻堵等不利情况,亟需经济可行的工艺解决方案,满足开发需求。高含量CO_2天然气净化的主要工艺有化学吸收法、物理吸收法和膜分离法等。在海洋环境下,平台建造成本昂贵,其合理开发利用是一个难题。针对天然气中H_2S含量较低,CO_2含量较高的气质条件,海上开发推荐采用脱硫剂脱硫+膜分离脱碳的方案。
        The natural gas in a certain structural block of Bohai Sea contains a small amount of H2 S and a large amount of CO2 gas.On the one hand,these acid gases cause the calorific value of natural gas to fall short of requirements,and at the same time,there are adverse conditions such as corrosion and freezing blockage during pipeline transportation,and economically feasible process solutions are needed to meet development needs.The main processes for the purification of high CO2 natural gas include chemical absorption method,physical absorption method and membrane separation method.In the marine environment,the platform is expensive to construct,and its rational development and utilization is a difficult problem.For the temperament conditions of low H2 S content and high CO2 content in natural gas in this block,the desulfurization agent desulfurization+membrane separation and decarbonization scheme is recommended for offshore development.
