摘要

2013年中国提出建设"一带一路"的战略构想。湖南利用"一带一路"战略带来的新机遇,与"一带一路"沿线国家缔结更多省级友好城市,依托友城平台加强与"一带一路"沿线国家交流合作,无疑将提升湖南国际知名度和影响力,提升湖南开放型经济发展水平。文章论述了"一带一路"背景下湖南国际友好城市发展的现状与问题,从重点推进、多渠道拓展、加强城市民间交往等方面探讨了"一带一路"背景下湖南发展国际友好城市的对策。
        China proposed the strategic concept of "the Belt and Road" in 2013. "The Belt and Road" brings new opportunities to Hunan. To conclude more provincial friendly cities with countries along "the Belt and Road",we will strengthen exchanges and cooperation with countries along "the Belt and Road",which will enhance Hunan international visibility and influence,and improve the level of open economy in Hunan. This paper expounols the status and problems of Hunan internation fnendly cities under the background of the Belt and Road, and explores its countermeasures.
