摘要

通过调查,了解到当前目录外二级学科硕士研究生培养存在课程体系不够完善、课程设置不够合理、导师指导会受学科和研究方向限制,以及研究生对专业优势认识不足,跨学科知识结构和思维方式优势不够明显等问题。文章提出了应提高课程覆盖面、增设交叉课程和前沿课程、成立跨学科导师组、重视跨学科知识结构和思维方式的培养和毕业生反馈意见等建议。
        Through the investigation,knowing the current outside-the-directory second-grade disciplines postgraduate training curriculum system is imperfect,and the curriculum is unreasonable,and mentoring will be affected by the direction of the discipline and research direction,as well as the postgraduate is lack of awareness of professional advantages,interdisciplinary knowledge structure and thinking mode of advantage is not obvious,etc.Suggestions are put forward to improve curriculum coverage,increase cross curriculum and frontier courses,set up interdisciplinary tutor group,and pay attention to the development of interdisciplinary knowledge structure and mode of thinking,and feedback from graduates.
