48例鼻内镜下治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床观察及护理体会

摘要
目的探讨鼻窦炎鼻息肉应用鼻内镜治疗的效果及护理干预策略。方法将本院2017年2月至2018年5月收治的48例鼻窦炎鼻息肉病患随机分成观察组(24例)与对照组(24例),对照组给予患者传统开放手术治疗,观察组给予鼻内镜下治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组75.00%的总有效率(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均短/低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者,给予患者行鼻内镜下治疗及优质护理干预可取得良好效果,手术创伤小及患者康复时间短,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic treatment and nursing intervention strategy for sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods Forty-eight patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were randomLy divided into observation group(24 cases) and control group(24 cases). The control group was given traditional open surgery. The group was given endoscopic treatment and the effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 75.00% in the control group P<0.05. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time were shorter/lower than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion For patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps, patients with nasal endoscopic treatment and quality nursing intervention can achieve good results, small surgical trauma and short recovery time, it is worth promoting.
