摘要
作者设计了一款针对传统地面栽培的草莓果实贴地的辅助采摘工具,介绍了该辅助采摘工具的结构组成,工作原理,尺寸重量,并且给出了该辅助采摘工具的力学计算公式,进行了样机使用试验。试验结果表明,该辅助工具使用方便,传动效率高,采摘效果好,较好的解决了传统草莓采摘劳动强度高的缺点。该工具制作成本低,具有较好的市场应用前景。
An auxiliary picking tool for traditional ground cultivation and strawberry fruit sticking to the ground was designed. the structure,working principle, size and weight of the auxiliary picking tool were introduced, and the mechanical calculation formula of the auxiliary picking tool was given. The test results show that the auxiliary tool has the advantages of convenient use, high transmission efficiency and good picking effect, which solves the shortcomings of high labor intensity of traditional strawberry picking, and the production cost of the tool is low. It has a good market application prospect.
