深部跨大巷超长回采工作面综合防灭火技术研究

摘要
姚桥煤矿7271工作面在-800 m左右深度下开采,因通风线路长、通风阻力大且横跨轨道大巷造成单一防灭火技术效率低下。借助预先埋设的管路测定自燃指标气体,分析自燃隐患分布规律以及在特殊开采条件下的自燃隐患致灾原因。根据先俯后仰的开采顺序制定防灭火技术措施,回采初期以坚持预防为主,采取小流量、长时间、间歇式压注CO_2,置换采空区氧气延长发火周期;深部开采过程中提前对大巷锚喷加固,每间隔10m构筑1组用三根单体做扇形支护的木垛,并利用罗克休等注浆材料实现快速密闭以减少采空区漏风;跨大巷回采期间以均压防灭火为主,将-850 m大巷与7271工作面之间压差由90 Pa降至35 Pa,极大提高了复杂条件下的综合防灭火技术保障能力。
        The 7271 working space of Yao-qiao Coal Mine is mined at a depth of about-800 m. Due to the long ventilation lines,large ventilation resistance and cross-track roads,the existing fire-fighting technology cannot meet the requirements. The self-igniting index gas is measured by means of pre-buried pipelines,and the distribution law of spontaneous combustion hazards and the mechanism of spontaneous combustion hazard under special mining conditions are analyzed,and the causes of air leakage in goaf are revealed. According to the mining sequence of "first forward then backward",the fire prevention technical measures are formulated. In the early stage of mining,the prevention is mainly based on prevention. The small flow,long time and intermittent injection of CO_2 are adopted,and the oxygen in the goaf is replaced to prolong the ignition cycle; in the deep mining process,the fire prevention process is advanced. The roof is anchored and reinforced,and a group of rafts with three single-pieces for fan-shaped support is constructed at intervals of 10 m,and rapid sealing is achieved by using Rockwell and other grouting materials to reduce air leakage in the goaf; Pressure-prevention and fire-fighting is the main method,and the pressure difference between the-850 m main road and the 7271 working face is reduced from 90 Pa to 35 Pa,which greatly improves the comprehensive fire prevention technical support capability under complicated conditions.
