煤矿综放面采空区自燃“三带”划分研究

摘要
为了研究面采空区自燃"三带"划分的新方法,通过对现有工作面采空区自燃"三带"划分方法和标准、采空区自燃"三带"内浮煤氧化规律,采用CO绝对量和变化规律进行自燃预测预报进行了综合分析,提出了以CO气体浓度为指标划分自燃"三带",并结合平朔集团井工二矿12502综放面开采中CO浓度的变化,分析了CO在综放面开采初期的绝对量和变化规律。研究表明,CO气体浓度可以作为划分采空区自燃"三带"的新方法,可指导开采自燃煤层的综放面实施注氮"预防为主"的防火措施。
        In order to study the new method of dividing the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in goaf, this paper comprehensively analyzed the existing methods and standards of dividing the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in goaf, the oxidation law of floating coal in the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in goaf, and the prediction and prediction of spontaneous combustion using absolute amount and variation law of CO, and proposed dividing the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion with CO gas concentration as index. Combining with the change of CO concentration in 12502 fully mechanized caving face of No. 2 Mine of Pingshuo Group, the absolute quantity and variation law of CO in the initial stage of fully mechanized caving face mining are analyzed. The research shows that CO gas concentration can be used as a new method to divide the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in goaf, and can guide the fully mechanized caving face of mining spontaneous combustion seam to implement the fire prevention measures of nitrogen injection.
