摘要
为了建立可以反映时间效应的露天矿边坡目标可靠度,针对露天矿边坡的可变形性和安全等级要求,基于类比法与校准法建立了非煤露天矿边坡的目标可靠指标建议值,延性破坏的I,II,III级目标可靠指标分别为3.2,2.7及2.2,脆性破坏分别为3.7,3.2及2.7。基于岩土体强度参数时间效应特征,通过理论研究和数值计算分析了可靠度时变性,随着时间的推移,安全系数和可靠指标呈现下降趋势,衰减速度逐步变缓,然而,可靠指标可以反映失稳概率,表达边坡时变稳定性比安全系数更加敏感与直观。最后根据可靠指标的时变性特征,结合国内非煤露天矿设计规范,划分露天矿边坡设计服务年限等级,并提出服务年限修正系数,实现了考虑边坡安全等级与服务年限双重因素的露天矿边坡目标可靠度。
        In order to establish the target reliability of open-pit mine slope which can reflect the time effect, aiming at deformability and the safety rating requirement of the open-pit slope, the recommended value of target reliability index of the non-coal open-pit slope was established based on the analogy method and calibration method. The target reliability index of grade I, II and III of ductility failure is3.2, 2.7 and 2.2 respectively, and the brittle failure is 3.7, 3.2 and 2.7 respectively. Based on the time effect characteristics of rock-soil mass strength parameters, time-dependent nature of reliability are analyzed by theoretical research and numerical calculation. With the passage of time, the safety coefficient and reliability index show a downward trend, and the attenuation speed gradually slows down. However, the reliability index can reflect the instability probability and express that the time-dependent stability of slope is more sensitive and intuitive that the safety coefficient. Finally, according to the time-varying characteristics of the reliability index and the design specifications of the non-coal open-pit mine, the service life grade of the open-pit slope was divided, and the service life correction coefficient was put forward to achieve the target reliability of the open-pit slope considering the dual factors of the safety grade and service life.
