40%莠去津·乙草胺·异丙甲草胺悬乳剂气相色谱分析

摘要
建立了40%莠去津·乙草胺·异丙甲草胺悬乳剂的气相色谱分析方法,以邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯为内标物,使用HP-5毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器进行分离和测定。莠去津、乙草胺和异丙甲草胺线性相关系数分别为0. 9994、0. 9992和0. 9991,标准偏差分别为0. 09%、0. 13%和0. 11%,变异系数分别0. 45%、1. 4%和0. 96%,回收率分别为98. 4%～100. 8%、98. 2%～100. 9%和98. 5%～100.7%。该方法简便、快速,精确度和准确度高,线性关系好。
The quantitative analytical method of Atrazine + Acetochlor + Metolachlor40% SE was established by GC. The internal standard was Di-n-amylphthalate,the chromatographic column was HP-5 column. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of Atrazine 、Acetochlor and Metolachlor were 0. 9994、0. 9992 and 0. 9991,the standard deviations were 0. 09% 、0. 13% and 0. 11%,the variation coefficients were 0. 45% 、1. 4% and 0. 96%,the average recoveries were 98. 4% ～100. 8% 、98. 2% ～ 100. 9% and 98. 5% ～ 100. 7%. The method was a suitable analytical method with fast speed,high precision and accuracy.
